Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the SFURO website and platform, operated by Urban Select Realty Inc. DBA SFURO, 1895 Tyler St, Ste 379, Hollywood, FL 33020. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The service
SFURO provides software for property management, accounting, CRM and cleaning operations. We add, change and remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces functionality a customer is paying for, we will give reasonable notice.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accounts created under your organisation, for keeping credentials secure, and for what is done through them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You are responsible for the information you put into the platform, including having the right to provide any personal information about your staff, owners, tenants or guests, and for telling those people how their information is used.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to store or send malicious code. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its access controls or usage limits.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of the information you put into the platform. We use it to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
You can export your data while your account is active. On request within a reasonable period after an account closes, we will help you retrieve it before it is deleted.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe, along with any usage-based charges your plan includes. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we provide it as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take the service down for maintenance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment is not made, or if we are required to by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the business change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
