Who this covers
This policy explains how SFURO handles personal information across our website and our property management, accounting, CRM and cleaning operations platform. SFURO is operated by Urban Select Realty Inc. DBA SFURO, 1895 Tyler St, Ste 379, Hollywood, FL 33020.
Our customers are businesses. When a business uses SFURO, that business decides what information to put into the platform about its own staff, owners, tenants and guests. We process that information on their behalf and under their instructions. If you are a member of staff, an owner, a renter or a guest, and you have a question about your information, your first point of contact is the business you work with; we will support them in answering you.
What we collect
Account information — the name, email address, phone number and role of the people who sign in, so we can authenticate them and apply the right permissions.
Operational data — the properties, reservations, tasks, invoices, documents, photos and accounting records our customers create or import while using the platform.
Technical data — the information a browser or device sends when it connects: IP address, device and browser type, and logs of the requests made. We use this to operate the service, investigate faults, and detect abuse.
Advertising and sales analytics
We may use advertising and analytics tracking on our public marketing pages to understand where enquiries come from, measure whether our advertising works, and improve how we sell the product. This can involve cookies or similar technologies set by us or by advertising and analytics providers, and it may be used to show you SFURO advertising elsewhere.
This tracking applies to our marketing and sales pages. It is not used to profile the operational data our customers keep inside the platform.
Staff location
The platform captures device location for field staff where it is needed to verify work, and only in two narrow circumstances.
First, at the moment a photo or video is taken, so that the resulting evidence can be attributed to the right property. This is best-effort: if permission is denied or no fix is available, the upload still succeeds without coordinates.
Second, while a worker is actively using the app during their shift, so that managers can see who is nearest to a job on a live map. This is a last-known position only — it is held temporarily and no movement history or location trail is kept. The platform does not track location continuously or in the background, and does not track it when the app is not in use.
Location is shown to the customer business that employs the worker, and to property owners in the context of work done at their property. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with the service providers we need in order to run the platform — for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing and bank data connections — and only so that they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of people using the service.
Keeping information safe
Access to the platform requires authentication, and each business only sees its own data. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss and unauthorised access. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about it is subject to the courts of Broward County, Florida, as set out in our Terms of Service.
