Does SFURO take a percentage of my bookings?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly base plus roughly $20 per active listing. There is no commission on direct or channel bookings — guest card fees are just the ~2.9% processor passthrough.
Is accounting really included, not an add-on?
Yes. Trust accounting and owner statements are part of the Host and Host Pro plans. Every reservation posts to a double-entry ledger so owner funds stay segregated from your revenue.
Can I run long-term units on the same account?
Yes. Because SFURO is one platform, you can add the long-term-rental module and manage annual leases alongside your short-term listings on the same ledger.
How do cleaning turnovers work?
